Nick Popowicz has been helping homebuyers and homeowners navigate the mortgage process since 2017. A lifelong resident of the Greater Philadelphia area, Nick serves clients throughout PA, NJ & DE and has built his business around great communication, honest guidance and earning his clients’ trust.

Nick works with a diverse range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to experienced homeowners, investors and those looking to downsize. As a mortgage broker, he has access to a wide network of lenders and loan programs, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA and Non-QM financing, allowing him to find solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Communication is at the center of Nick’s approach. Whether educating a first-time buyer, navigating a complex transaction or simply being available when a question comes up, his goal is to make clients feel comfortable and confident from their first conversation through closing and beyond.

Nick earned his degree in Finance from Kutztown University and lives in Collegeville with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing ice hockey and coaching his children’s teams.
